Spring Concessions Volunteer Schedule
Concessions is one of our largest fundraiser efforts. Funds raised pay for uniforms, balls, bats, field goals, electricity to our new softball score board and so much more. We could not do this without the help of our many volunteers.
The times indicated include set up and clean up times. Ending time is approximate. An officer will be there to get you started and bring the bank, and an officer will return at the end to help with cash out.
For smaller events, the shack can be run by about 4 volunteers. For larger and multiple sport events, we'll need 8 volunteers and will fire up the grill and start up the fryers. Grill and fryer days are when we bring in the greatest amount for our treasury and our kids.
We're going old school this season without the use of Sign-Up Genius, but we do need to know in advance how many volunteers we will have for planning purposes. Please contact your player's coach to let him or her know you are available to volunteer. We'd appreciate it if you would keep us in the loop as well and email us at mhs.boosters@yahoo.com.
